Bridal Suite
We are excited to add the Barn on the Hill Bridal Suite to our selection of places to stay. Being within easy walking distance to the Barn on the Hill, having 3 common areas to gather (one with a pool table!), and sleeping 16+, it is the perfect place for a wedding party to get ready for the big day. The Suite has 6 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, laundry, and wifi. $600/night with a 2 night minimum and after the 3rd night, the 4th night is free.
Schafer Lodge
Also on the Barn on the Hill campus, we have Schafer Lodge, a spacious 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom home perfect for friends and family enjoying the weekend together and preparing for a big event. This space is $600/night with a 2 night minimum and after the 3rd night, the 4th night is free.
Adair Condos
We have had many requests for furnished accommodations where friends and family members can stay while getting ready for a wedding or event – something more than just a hotel room, with all the comforts of home. Happily, we now have four 2 bedroom apartments in Adair that are available to rent for the weekend when you have family in town for weddings at the barn.
Each unit will easily sleep 5-6 adults. They are fully furnished, have complete kitchens, linens, and laundry, and are rustically decorated like the barn.
Each unit rents for $500 for the entire time you may need them while in town for the wedding, or $175 per night. Ask us for a little tour when you come visit our barn – we’d love to show you around!
The Schafer Guest House
The Schafer Guest House is conveniently located within minutes of each of our venues. Equipped with 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and 2 kitchens, the Guest House can sleep 12-15 people. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for hanging out in groups or getting ready for your event. Feel free to enjoy the pool table, basketball hoop, trampoline, hot tub, and fire pit during your stay. Enjoy a cup of coffee in a rocker on the front porch, relax in lounge chairs on the back deck, and watch the sunset on the back deck or in the sunroom. We hope you feel at home during your stay! $600/night or $1500 entire stay of the wedding party's time here at the Barn up to 5 days.
The Red Shed
“The Red Shed” Hunting Lodge – This is a man cave at it’s best! This lodge which overlooks a well-stocked bass fishing pond, located within minutes of the barn, is the ideal place for the men of the bridal party to stay while they’re in town for the weekend. It easily sleeps 8-10 in a rustic bunk style room, has a full bathroom and laundry area, and an industrial-style kitchen. There is a large table to use for eating or playing cards, and a TV room area with couches. The rate includes all the bedding and towels, and is $400/night with a 2 night minimum and after the 3rd night, the 4th night is free. Divide that up among the guys staying there, and it’s less expensive and way cooler than a hotel. Check with Susan about availability 641-740-2751.
