Century Barn

This is the original barn that started it all for our new adventure into wedding and event hosting. It’s beautiful, rustic wood interior is warm and elegant with our bistro lights and simple lace and burlap bunting. We offer several different packages, and if you’re looking for something in between, all of the options included in the larger package are ala carte priced and can be added to the base package, so you can completely customize your day!

 

Price List

Package 1 - $4,000 per event – includes:

  • 1 Day prior to event to decorate and set up
  • 1 Day afterward for tear down and clean up
  • Tables and chairs we have for ceremony and reception
  • Use of the space for rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, if desired
  • You bring all of your own paper products, trash bags, etc. and take your trash with you at the end of the event
  • We also require a $500 refundable security deposit
  • Use of 3 sleeping areas if you or anyone wishes to spend the night during the event weekend

Package 2 - $5,500 per event – includes:

  • 2 days prior to event to decorate and set up
  • 2 days afterwards for tear down and clean up
  • Tables and chairs we have for ceremony and reception
  • Use of 3 sleeping areas if you or anyone wishes to spend the night during the event weekend
  • Ice for day of the event
  • Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags for day of the event
  • Shuttle service from parking to venue, etc, for day of the event with our 6 place golf cart and 6 place Ranger in inclement weather
  • Staff to work during event for set up, tear down, clearing tables, whatever errands or jobs you may need
  • Pest control if needed
  • Trash removal after the event
  • Use of the space for rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, if desired
  • We also require a $500 refundable security deposit
  • Electrical power at an outdoor ceremony site, if needed

Single-Day Price List

  • Saturday (8am-midnight): $2,500.
  • Friday or Sunday (8am-midnight): $2,000.
  • Weekday (8am-midnight): $1,500.

A La Carte Items

  • Pest control - $150
  • Extra 1 day before and 1 day after event - $500
  • Ice for day of event - $300
  • Paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags for day of the event - $150
  • Shuttle service from parking to venue, etc, for day of the event with our 6 place golf cart and 6 place Ranger in inclement weather - $500 ($250 per vehicle)
  • Staff to work during event for set up, tear down, clearing tables, whatever errands or jobs you may need - $600
  • Trash removal after the event - $100
  • Electrical power at an outdoor ceremony site, if needed - $75
  • Antique tractor and hay rack rides $475
  • Motor home/Bus service for day of the event $500 - $1,000
  • Fireworks Packages - $500 - $1,000
  • Walk Away Cleaning - $350
  • Decorating services - Let us do the set up for you! $1,500 for table linens, table decor, and coordinating with your florist
  • Bridal party excursions/entertainment - ask about boating and other fun options!
  • 20x40 tent rental $375
  • Table Linens - white or buttercream - standard smooth material or crinkle linens - $4/each
  • Wooden folding chairs - indoor or outdoor use - $4/each
  • Add St John's Country Chapel as a beautiful ceremony space for only $500

Capacity
Our barn will comfortably hold around 200 people for the ceremony and reception.
We have a beautiful space for an outdoor ceremony.
There is room alongside the barn for a 40’ X 100’ tent if additional space is needed.


Accommodations
We have fully furnished options available within minutes of the Century Barn for any number of people - from a 2 bedroom condo for 1-2 couples, to large houses that easily sleep up to 18 people - to house an entire wedding party or large extended family. Alcohol Policy
You may provide for your guests beer, wine, or prepackaged drinks such as Mike’s Hard Lemonade.  If you wish to serve liquor or mixed drinks, then you must purchase your own liquor liability policy for the day, as well as pay one of our local police officers to be on duty at the venue that evening.


Discounts

Military Discount
We respect our United States military and want to honor them.  All current and veteran service men and women are welcome to use our barn for their event and receive a 50% discount as a small token of our appreciation for your service to our great country.  Thank you for your service!

Vow Renewal
Want to renew your wedding vows?  We discount 2% for every year you’ve been married to one another!  For couples celebrating 50 years or more of marriage together, the barn is free and we welcome you to come enjoy it with your family and friends.
